Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you didn’t receive tracking info after 5 days, please contact us.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather or natural disasters
Customs clearance
Courier service issues (e.g., postal strikes)
But we’ll always help you resolve any issue—just contact us!
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer a replacement free of charge or issue a refund based on the case.
